To Helsinki
There is an international airport in Helsinki (Helsinki-Vantaa) with many direct connections from all over the world. In addition, Helsinki can be reached by ship from Stockholm, Sweden or Tallinn, Estonia. A train operates between St. Petersburg and Helsinki.
Airport-Otaniemi
There is no direct connection from the airport to Otaniemi. The easiest way is to take a taxi (costs about 30 euros and takes about half an hour). If you wish to take a bus, see the Journey Guide of Helsinki region.
Helsinki-Otaniemi:
Buses 102, 102T, 103 (blue line) leave from the Central bus station of Helsinki (Kamppi). Buses 194, 195 (red line) leave from the Central railway station of Helsinki (Elielinaukio).
Tapiola-Otaniemi:
Buses 2, 4, 4T, 10, 15, 194, 195, 505 (thick red line)
