There were lectures on various topics related to TEM.

A poster session was held, where the participants presented their own research field.

In the practical exercises everyone got to operate a cryo-TEM (JEOL JEM-3200FSC liquid helium cooled TEM). Dr. Jani Seitsonen is giving advice on how to fill the liquid nitrogen dewar of the sample exchange chamber. Samples were vitrified using a FEI Vitrobot.

There was also social program such as wall climbing.

Evening program included also dinners.

The course dinner was held in a nice restaurant called "Olo".
